  • If we align, we will schedule a time that works for you to do an in-depth consultation to explore your individual health concerns, goals, and areas where you need the most support.

  • Once I’ve reviewed your assessment, we’ll have a follow-up session to create a personalised plan tailored to your goals and needs. From there, we’ll schedule regular check-ins to track your progress, address challenges, and celebrate your successes.
