Passionate about helping women enjoy food to feel their best.

Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated, BORING or restrictive!

My mission is to support women in creating healthy, sustainable habits through evidence-based nutrition. I believe food should bring joy, not stress, and you deserve to feel good in your body without guilt or restriction.

I’m Ayisha, a certified Nutrition and Health Coach, with a Master's in Public Health and Health Promotion.

As someone who lives with a chronic condition, I know how much of an impact nutrition and lifestyle can have on our well-being and health.

Learning to nourish my body not only helped ease my symptoms but also taught me how to take better care of all aspects of my health while inspiring me to empower other women to do the same!

I focus on helping you to create balance and prioritise your well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and sleep. My coaching approach is all about meeting you where you are and designing a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your needs. I am passionate about helping you to become the happiest healthiest version of you.
